Provide link suggestions #111
Description
When creating a new link, Milkdown does not provide any suggestions.
It would be nice to provide suggestions for local files, using fuzzy search for the best match. Other plugins e.g. foam.foam-vscode do a great job on this. Maybe one can take inspiration from what they are doing.
