Shield cooldown color on all players

Please add an option to make the shield cooldown color visible on other players too. It's not considered cheating because another mod on Modrinth does that (Shield Statuses). Also I don't know if it's possible but it would be really cool to make the user choose a starting and ending color and gradually make the shield go from one to the other as the cooldown finishes
