Feature Request - Read configs from mod storage folder when creating new game. #316

Pretty much what it says on the tin.

Current Behavior
Pulling the mod config from a save and placing it in the mod's storage folder does nothing:

Expected Behavior
The above setup should use the files in the folder when creating a new game, rather than using the defaults.

Additional Context
This may have been a feature at one point when MES went from Modular Encounters Spawner to Modular Encounters Systems, based on what I found in my old mod folders.

When I was originally attempting to get a set of defaults, I noticed this folder - which appeared to have copies of all the game config. The files are dated 2021 - I'm not sure if I played with this before and forgot in the past 4 years, or if this used to be a feature which went away when it changed from Spawner to Systems.
