[Bug]Accidentally modified mouse hover effect

After running the “register.cmd“ file the mouse over folder effect is changed.

After understanding, what has been changed is Tooltip.The small prompt window that pops up when hovering over disk options (or other interface elements).
Control styles are different from OS native controls, and several attempts and running the "uninstall.cmd" failed to change them.I need help.

The operating system is Windows 11.
