DWMBlurGlass fails to install - CreateRemoteThread failed

Description:
When pressing Install, DWMBlurGlass, does not install, instead throwing two "CreateRemoteThread failed!" and one "Checked that the process is suspected to have crashed abnormally and has stopped autoloading." popup errors.

To Reproduce:
1.Open DWMBlurGlass
2.Press "Install"

Software Version : 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 Beta3

What other third-party software do you use:

StartIsBack, OpenShell, SecureUxTheme, AWM

Additional context
Specific config not needed, as bug seems to appear on any config.
Problem came right out of the blue, blurglass worked just fine yesterday (aka 07.02.2026).
