The original Matlab versions of [`asp_omp`](https://github.com/MPF-Optimization-Laboratory/asp/blob/master/as_omp.m) and [`asp_bpdn`](https://github.com/MPF-Optimization-Laboratory/asp/blob/master/as_bpdn.m) have fairly complete doc headers. Port this documentation to the Julia versions.
