More surface visualization for plot_cortical #38

Hi sara @saratheriver
I am using your amzing tool for morphological visualization, which is very handy!
I have a question whether I can use other atlases to plot, for example, the Schaefer-1000 regions or the Desikan-Killiany-308 regions.
Before using plot_cortical, parcel_to_surface would be used to map parcellated data to surface, which requires the corresponding .csv file. How do I make a Schaefer-1000 or Desikan-Killiany-308 .csv file?
