Create a new Tour option, from anywhere in Tours Pane

Currently, if a User wants to create a new Tour, they should select the Root Node from Tours Pane.
It would be much more easier and intuitive if we made all the tree area clickable so that a new New Tour could be created more easily and faster. Also the same could be there for `Reload` as well.
