Underlying data pages can be very (too?) large

My browser had a little stroke when it tried to render this page: (click at your own risk!)

Presumably the issue is that there's too much data to render on the page. A fix for this would probably involve limiting the amount of data, and optionally offering the whole data as a file (or download as file by default).

My browser (brave) was eventually able to render it, but I agree that we should put some sort of limit in place. There are over 190,000 records in modcurve_points that it is attempting to list. Maybe it should only list the first 100 records in each table.

I agree about limiting the number of records shown; if that limit is reached we should probably display the number of matching records.
