Dockerfile? #4
Description
I have an allergy to VirtualBox :)
Would a PR for a Dockerfile be of interest? I was going to use a Debian base for portability unless there is a dependency I don't know about. I also might chuck Anaconda unless there is a real need beyond the easy Intel MKL install.
