While the calibration process has been mostly refactored in dev/calibration, colmap's latest version (3.11+) enable rig-calibration, ideal for our situation of multi-camera systems. Additionally, new models have potential to match between IR and UV/EO directly (see: https://github.com/Parskatt/RoMaV2), so there is potential for creating a unified 3D model, and generating all camera models directly.
