Do not force max-width for windows (make it optional)

Change in #4381 forced the max-width. This should be optional rather than forced. It is not always wanted to have narrow chat window when dealing with a lot of text. Also when this chat gets popped out of panel resizing is practically useless as the size is forced.

Yes! This confounding PR change to limit the Kilo Code VS Code extension UI (chat, tasks, etc.) width should at the very least be optional via Display settings toggle: #4381
Being able to resize the UI horizontally to read more text is an essential Kilo Code feature which is now no longer available. Mandatory limiting of UI width can be very frustrating to those of us with ultrawide monitors.
