No pedestrian walkway created at elevated intersections

No pedestrian crossings are created with the elevated small roads (small 3 & 4 lane). This leads to an obvious edge at intersections of these roads.

The affected roads appear to be those in the "small heavy roads" section. Using Network Extensions 2.5.2.

Also, there's an edge where the new roads end at a dead end. This happens to all the new roads, elevated and ground level.
