Null Target in Camera Update Event

I have found a bug that in version 2.0.0 of the SC2EGSet Dataset there are some events of typu CameraUpdate that do not contain the final target defined.

This needs to be investigated further.

After a debugging session, some Camera Update Events indeed do not have a target defined. The downstream parsers will have to take care of such null values.
