More interrupt tests

We should test:

• Multiple complete interrupts in a row: interrupt, wait for stable, execute new code, repeat 10 times
• Interrupt of sleep(1)
• Ability to interrupt while true end #5 (quick sequential interrupts to force throw SIGINT)
