Use GroupsEditor for merge dialogs

This is a direct follow-up to #15108

When merging entries, I want to edit the target groups easily. E.g., remove one group.

1. Open Chocolate.bib from https://github.com/JabRef/jabref-demonstration-libraries/tree/main/chocolate
2. Select entry "Richard_2017`
3. Add it to group "Paywalled"
4. Tools -> Update with bibliographic information via entry data
   
5. see
   
6. The groups field is a normale editor.

Task: Use GroupsEditor to have the tags support (implemented at #15108)
