Video Storage + Utility functions

• evaluate services for where to store videos (metrics probably just cost-effectiveness + how good the api is)
  • primary goal for the development of the project is just to be able to share videos effectively with each other asynchronously, some link / url easy to download videos locally that could potentially be quite large
  • could be google photos, they have api (me personally not much storage space left in my account lol)
  • could be GCP - think they have free credits
  • google drive - api accessible
  • dropbox - api accessible
• utility functions (if deemed necessary)
  • download videos
  • upload videos

Im fine with whatever, Happy to use free tier of any cloud platform and/or google drives.

I feel like google drives apis would make sense though.
