Improve Haddock documentation

Context

We have Haddock documentation working at https://intersectmbo.github.io/cardano-addresses/haddock/index.html
But,

1. some modules are not specified there
2. There are places where explanation could be clearer, context could be added, etc
3. The documentation would benefit if there would be more example of usage.

Decision

We want all points addresses
