Valve announced a new Linux ARM standalone HMD. I do not know if it has a WebXR browser but I assume not.

Could Wolvic work on it?

Wolvic as it is now is Android (AOSP) only, the whole interface depends on AOSP components

Because there is an option to enter XR directly (no user interaction) would it be possible to have a kind of WebView with no interface, solely open in immersive mode and thus not rely on any AOSP components?

Even if you remove all the UI we still depend on AOSP non-visual components. Things like application lifecycle, access to hardware (mic, accelerometer, screen...), browser components (history, passwords, bookmarks...), communication with the web engine and likely many more other things depend on android APIs.

Since Igalia is working on FEX is it possible Igalia might also be able to get Wolvic working with Waydroid since it is also on Steam Frame? Maybe after FEX work is done?

Who knows, it depends on Valve not Igalia. It'd be a cool project indeed

I've used Wolvic on Waydroid (with https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/rcelyte/monado/-/tree/binder-ipc-bridge), it works fine.
