Could not create a consistency-check table

I am starting to work with the qa-dkrz and it returns me the following error for most of CORDEX simulations i have tried:

 - event:
    - annotation: Could not create a consistency-check table.
    - impact: L1
    - tag: IE_1

Could you explain me what does it mean?

The consistency-check table resides in a path specified by option QA_RESULTS. By default it is located in /tmp or in the directory qa-dkrz was launched, depending on the version (honestly at present, I don't remember the case for the version you've installed). However, I could also imagine that this error is just a symptom of something different.

I am concerned that the consistency-check table error is not allowing the qa-dkrz tool to complete the different checks.

In the results log file it is a error that presents a L1 level of impact:

   annotation: Could not create a consistency-check table.
   impact: L1
   tag: IE_1

, however, in the CORDEX_check-list.conf file the level is equal to L3 (~/.qa-dkrz/QA_TABLES/tables/projects/CORDEX/CORDEX_check-list.conf):

  Could not create a consistency table & IE_1,L3

How could i know if the process has finished adequately? that is, if the qa-dkrz tool has analyzed the data and not only the metadata?. I did some tests and the qa-dkrz tool wasn't able to detect some outliers that i had introduced in the files. However i am not sure if it could be related with the consistency-check table problem or not...
