Bugs/Improvements 对于 RevealFocus

1. RevealFocus 在 NavigationView 处于 LeftCompact 模式时未正常显示 （当展开栏时）。
2. RevealFocus 不会显示在 NavigationView 的设置选项上。
3. 当一个 RevealFocusPanel 被置于一个 ScrollView 容器时，会立刻产生崩溃：WinRT originate error - 0x80070005 : 'Access denied. Calling Scale API is not allowed on this object at this time, as this object currently has the ElementCompositionPreview.GetElementVisual property in use.。置于 ScrollViewer 时则不会产生该异常。
4. RevealFocus 在 NavigationView 处于缩回状态时按钮显示的边框是否过宽？按钮为正方形但边框渲染了长方形。

124都不是RevealFocus本身的问题，要正确使用这个东西，必须要定义两个要素：

• RevealFocusPanel 来接受鼠标信息（理论上可以作为整个窗口的根节点）
• 在要显示效果的控件上设置AttachToPanel，这个时候效果会出现在RevealFocusPanel上。

1的原因是在这个模式下，sample里的NavigationView的Template因为有个弹出的border把Panel挡住了，改Template就可以修复。

2的原因是设置这个菜单项是在代码里做的，要生效必须继承NavigationView，在OnApplyTemplate() 里找到ItemsPresenterHost，给他把设置加上这个Panel属性。

4是Template本身的问题

不能全自动的原因就是性能开销会大到恐怖，要检测整个树的变化，这是不可能的。
