This is a major overhaul of the package, which simplifies the UI and greatly improves computation time and memory usage by making use of the banded structure of the penalization matrix in Whittaker-Henderson smoothing.

In this version, I have :

  • Rewritten most of the code

  • Rewritten all the tests.
