Enhancement of data provided by API calls #1259
Description
Describe the issue as a Story
As a user of Govready, I would like the data provided by an API call to be expanded to include the text of the question, the answer that was given, and in our case, if any gaps were identified.
To Reproduce
Make an API call to the application. In he return data, you will get the question number and the answer provided.
Expected behavior
The question text and any associated gap value is returned in the output alongside the already present information.
