RDF DCAT-AP.de Harvester not showing

After upgrading my ckan instance the RDF DCAT-AP.de Harvester is no longer appearing. The DCAT harvesters are still there. Here are the details of my current setup:

• ckan==2.11.4
• ckanext-harvest==1.6.2 (I know the harvester is pinned to 1.5.5, but I’m not able to downgrade right now)
• ckanext-dcat==2.3.0 (also tested with 2.4.2)

Relevant configuration:

ckan.plugins = dcat dcatde harvest dcatde_rdf_harvester dcat_json_harvester dcat_json_interface dcat_rdf_harvester
ckanext.dcat.rdf.profiles = dcatap_de

Has anyone seen this before, or could point out what might be missing in the configuration?
