Safe Integration - multisigAuthentication returns 404 error

Users are reporting issue with logging in with multisigs - when they try to sign the message and enter the app it appears the post request to the auth service with https://auth.giveth.io/v1/multisigAuthentication is returning a 404 error

i took many photos of the process:

on signing the message on Safe

redirect to the app after signing message on Safe

stuck in infinite loop of giveth app asking for a message signature, signign on Safe and returning to same modal

failed POST request to auth service with 404 error

what i tried

debugging by rentering the app after signing message on safe, made no change
