Hi!
I want to introduce and sell my new HCPBridge board for Supramatic E/P and Promatic Series 4. It's designed for outer compartment installation, so it's also aware of several sensor data, f.e. DHT22, DS18X20, BME280, MQ4 Gas Sensor, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 (parking spot detection) and motion sensor HC-SR501.
It's in use now for over months without problems. The appropriate software is in my git Repo. It worked out of the box. The boards are preflashed with the latest revision.

What feature it provides?

• support of Supramatic E/P Series 4
• support of Promatic Series 4
• ESP32
• 1x RS485 cable (approx. 30 cm long)
• 1x TTL- RS485 converter
• ESP S2 and S3 support
• Preflashed ESP (preflashed with HCP_Giffordv2a.bin - FW without sensors)
• outer compartment installation (see enclosure)
• following sensor support:
  -- DS18X20
  -- BME280
  -- DHT22
  -- MQ4 Gas Sensor
  -- ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 (parking spot detection)
  -- motion sensor HC-SR501
  -- 2 x Input signals with 5V-3V voltage divider
  -- 2 x opto-isolated outputs with selectable voltage output (5V or 3V)

What does it not include?

• optional pin headers
• all optional sensors (ready to use with sensors buyed from ebay or amazon)
  Both of them aren't needed to drive the motor. As described they are optional.

I'm also using esphome-hcpbridge wrapper btw :)

One tiny question: I'd like to enable the i2c bus to configure an additional BME280 to send in some temperature data. On what pins on the ESP are SDA and SCL routed through? It would be great to add this to the docs :)

This looks really cool. I just started recently with Home Automation (Home Assistant) and I'm not fully up to speed (yet).

Can you help me with verifying if it would be compatible with my garage door system?
It is a Berner GA203 BS (https://www.berner-torantriebe.de/media/ga203-404_bs_de.pdf sorry only found a German manual). I can also provide pictures of the internal circuit board if that helps. I believe it uses HCP2, but I'm not 100% sure.

How much would be shipping to a German address?

Is it possible to use the HCPBridge yaml with an Atom S3 Lite using an RS-485 converter?

can it be powered direcly from hcp? according to the documentation there is a stepdown buck capable to convret from 36v onboard.
