The time it takes for a new user to get started with Ghostwriter is too long and fraught with potential issues outside of the project's control (e.g., DNS outages, package manager issues). Troublesooting why a build failed is a major blocker for new users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Moving to building custom images in a registry (e.g., Docker Hub) will significantly reduce the time it takes to install or update Ghostwriter and remove the chances of an issue with pypi or Docker Compose causing a build to fail.

First we need to ensure all needed source files / build artifacts are copied into the docker containers. We do this for the Django source and built JS artifacts, but Hasura metadata is still mounted as a volume. This should be fairly easy to do.

Then we need to make GW work without Ghostwriter-CLI, which currently generates the .env config and does first-time startup. Generating .env inside of a docker container isn't going to work since it's needed to run the containers, so we'll have to move some options around. For other setup like fixtures and migrations, we'll have to add that to starting the Django container and make sure they're idempotent.

For the .env file, we may be able to provide a template alongside the compose file for operators to edit - in particular, they'll need to generate some random passwords for the various services. We could also look into generating those on-demand and saving them inside of the containers somehow, but the services will need to somehow sync up their values.

I just want to add that I support keeping config and env files accessible. That allows our team to deploy Ghostwriter directly without needing to try scripting around calling the CLI and such.
