Missing P2_PETD Viewpoint for definition of Physical Exchange Type

Currently the SAF provides Physical Context Exchange, Physical Internal Exchange and Physical Logical Item Mapping Viewpoints that may use Physical Exchange Types to type item flows and to model their relationship to domain items. Unfortunately there is no view point to define these elements. Based on the definition of the F2_SDIK the Physical Domain should provide an P2_PETD viewpoint to support definition of Physical Exchange Types, their properties and their relationships. Such a viewpoint would support the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 Design Definition Process.
