Screen shrinking with CnC Tiberian Sun

When opening the game at in game 620x400 resolution, it upscales to native screen resolution, like so:

But when opening any menu like the options menu, the game stops upscaling and shows shrinks the game to its internal resolution, putting it in a corner

Is there any way for the menus to be at an upscaled resolution?

Upscaling does only work for around 95% of the supported games. Unfortunately TS and RA2 are not supported yet.

It's not going to happen anytime soon. I have it in my todo list, but had no motivation to do it yet, only a few games need it and it's quite annoying to fix
