alt tab out of game problem

If I geta game running at full screen and the settings correctly setup and I alt tab out if the game my Google Chrome browser would always go to a small screen and not stay on my resolution which is 1920x1080. is there any way to fix this

it's okay i'm going to use DxWnd and see if that fixes it. I will get back to you if it works
