Feature Request

One thing I noticed is we don't currently have a helper for blockContent which I think would be a nice to have as its a pretty standard sanity field.

Agreed, this would be useful, and we supported it with v0.x.
There is a WIP PR here: #375 but TBH I wasn't sure if it was the "right thing".

Can you please supply some "use cases" or examples where you'd like to use this utility? That would certainly help shape this feature.
