I guess the first thing to do is to map out the goals to be achieved.

What all problems are we going to solve?
Who are going to solve it for?
How do we implement it?
How do we get help from external sources.

We can create an eCommerce app which allows the user to check shops and their stock around him. If he wants to order, he can & the delivery team will take care of it. The shopkeeper can enroll himself in the app, and add in the necessary items.
As of now (Let's keep the basic items like grocery and few basic commodities)

Problems ->
#1 We would need a web UI and a mobile app. (Web UI for shopkeepers to add their items, not all of them would feel that using a phone would be efficient)

Solving it for -> society (to keep them from going out more often)

How -> We still have to decide

Guys lets keep it simple at first then start working on more features

1 -> login for both customers and sellers
-- customers able to buy and sellers able to sell based on their location(a 3- 5 km radius)

Lets start on the design and start coding then add more as we go on
