Custom widget compilation fails with default boilerplate on all accounts and projects

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

Any custom widget fails to compile with "Unknown error compiling custom code" — even the default FlutterFlow boilerplate with zero modifications. This happens on every account tested, including brand new accounts with empty projects.

Expected Behavior

Default boilerplate code should compile without any errors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a brand new empty FlutterFlow project
2. Go to Custom Code > Widgets > Add Widget
3. Leave the default boilerplate code completely unchanged
4. Press Save / Compile
5. Error appears immediately: "Unknown error compiling custom code. A common cause is a custom widget or action whose name in the code does not match the name provided in the editor."

Environment

- FlutterFlow version: latest (April 2026)
- Platform: macOS Desktop App + Safari Browser
- Operating system: macOS
- Issue affects ALL accounts tested including brand new empty accounts

Additional Information

This issue blocks all custom widget development. Tested on multiple accounts, multiple projects, multiple browsers and the desktop app. The issue is not related to code — even the untouched default boilerplate fails. Custom Functions compile correctly, only Custom Widgets are affected.

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue in either old or new projects. I created a new custom widget, added the boilerplate code, and it compiled successfully.

After hours of troubleshooting, I had to completely reset my MacBook. After the reset, it worked briefly, but now the issue has returned again on the same project. The problem appears to be intermittent on your compilation servers — it works sometimes and breaks again randomly. This is blocking my entire development workflow. Please investigate server-side logs for my account.
