Jackson 3.x - Inclusion setup for specific types

Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to obtain the same functionality as in jackson 2.x :
MutableConfigOverride mapConfigOverride = objectMapper.configOverride(Map.class); mapConfigOverride.setIncludeAsProperty(JsonInclude.Value.construct(NON_DEFAULT, NON_ABSENT));

The point is that we use "standardize" object mapper for multiple project - and adding annotation for each project api is not an option.
changeDefaultPropertyInclusion is also not an option because we need to treat some of "base" classes differently (like String, Map, List)

The only difference is that builder-style is needed so something like:

        ObjectMapper mapper = JsonMapper.builder()
                .withConfigOverride(Map.class,
                        o -> o.setInclude(JsonInclude.Value.construct(JsonInclude.Include.NON_DEFAULT,
                            JsonInclude.Include.NON_ABSENT)))
                .build();
