'network' tab freezes far

I confirm the observation of @AdamCalculator. Once started, the user cannot escape the "Scanning the network" window, it has to be waited out until Far finishes.

IMHO:

1. use Network plugin only as: net: computer_name
   Don't try scan all network

2. anyway Network plugin no need more, use
   a) for view shares: net view \\computer_name
   b) goto to share: cd \\computer_name\share
