Document the Cloud REST AI

Generate a page documenting the REST APIs relevant for FalkrDB Cloud users based on the REST APIs Omnistrate exposes.
We should only document APIs that are relevant for FalkorDB Cloud users, e.g. creating a new database, updating or deleting one.
