Make an additional CAM-KP Frontend for interactions

The current CAM-KP-FE is good for understanding what is in a model, but a lot of what we're going to do in Translator is provide edges from one chemical or gene to another. Once we have qualifiers added in, it might be useful standing up another CAM-KP-FE that can provide a list of all the interactions we know about for a particular entity.
