Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Open FAB > Create expense > Scan.
  3. Upload a receipt.
  4. On confirm page, click To field.
  5. Enter any email.

Expected Result:

User will show up in the result and can be selected when email is entered.

Actual Result:

User does not show up in the result when email is entered when creating Scan expense via FAB.
