Galaxy tool for submission of images to BIA: Deploy to toolshed?

Seemingly, this is the tool for submission of images to the BIA: DataIO/ascp2BIA.xml

Seemingly, this tool wasn't deployed to the toolshed yet (search https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu for ascp2BIA).

What would it take to deploy the tool to the toolshed?

Sorry, I somehow missed this issue. The main blocker is that the tool aspera-cli is not registered in conda-forge or bioconda, but rather a conda channel called HCC. That is why I did not try to deploy it to toolshed yet.

You know whether there is anything special about aspera-cli that would make submission of a recipe to bioconda more challenging than for other recipes? Or building a docker container?

Edit: Wait, actually it is on bioconda: https://anaconda.org/bioconda/aspera-cli even in a newer version

Thanks for pointing this out @kostrykin, which I somehow missed. This can completely fix the issue. I will then update the tool and submit it to the toolshed.

There is now an alternative tool developed: bgruening/galaxytools#1716
