Inconsistent behavior when using hexagon cell shape

There are three times when using hexagon cell shape affects what the user can do in the dialog for creating a grid:

• From an area by dimension - the box for "Cell Height (y)" is grayed out
• From a point by dimension - the box for "Cell Height (y)" is grayed out
• From a point by time and speed - the box for "Cell Height (y)" appears to be active but the value entered there is not honored and a regular hexagon is still drawn.

Minor detail, but I believe we should gray out "Cell Height (y)" in the case of from point by time and speed as well.

The doc change that would be required for this is that in the documentation for area by dimension and point by dimension the doc states that cell height is not available but for point by time and speed it states that "cell height is not honored" ... would need to change "not honored " to "not available" .... also the table for widget settings would need updated.
