Add multi-language selection

We look forward to adding a language selection option, such as zh_cn, etc. We hope to be provided with relevant methods to support the translation of languages in our own country (such as by writing toml configuration files, etc.) (Note: As my English is not good, this text has been written using a translation software and may appear a bit awkward)
