Sensors - streaming mask

Hello, I don't want to bother you but I would like to ask you if you would be so kind and show me how to set streaming mask? I'm working on a project with Sphero BOLT but I am new to Python, so I'm not really sure what to put as parameters.
Also in your sensors example you have a method/function that uses data: Dict, is this the only way to get the output from sensors (Locator, Accelerometer and so on)?

Simply put additional parameters in set_notify, e.g.:

from pysphero.device_api.sensor import CoreTime, Accelerometer, Gyroscope
...
sphero.sensor.set_notify(notify_callback, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, CoreTime)
...

Yes. But you can do anything in a function, like put it in a queue, save into DB and so on.

Hello, thank you very much for the response that is very usefull information and I will use that for sure, but the first part of my question was aimed at the streaming mask. For example when I worked with Sphero SDK for iOS devices 2 years ago (before they deprecated it) I was able to choose from multiple values to set the streaming mask. I think the values were 1, 10, 20, 50, 100 and some more (meaning number of readings per second). I can see that you have implemented it in sensor.py in class SensorCommand (there is set_sensor_streaming_mask and get_sensor_streaming_mask) but when i tried to get the output from get_sensor_streaming_mask it failed and when I want to set_sensor_streaming_mask, I simply don't know how to (it needs parameters like mask, interval and count). Do you know how to set the streaming mask to, let's say, 10?

You can use interval argument:

from pysphero.device_api.sensor import CoreTime, Accelerometer, Gyroscope
...
sphero.sensor.set_notify(notify_callback, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, CoreTime, interval=100)
...

Hello, I'm sorry I didn't respond before, I tried it and it works well but I have one problem. When I try to stream values (start sensor) and drive sphero simultaneously while I'm sending drive methods really often (like every 0.3 seconds new drive command) the program ends with an error - Bad response checksum. Do you think that the problem is in this SDK/API? Maybe that Python is not really fast language and sending packets so often causes errors?

I even tried really simple code (I'm sending you a photo of the code and error), my only idea is that this SDK (python) is not so fast to send drive commands so often (if I tried sending commands like every 2 seconds its ok).
