Load custom HeadSkin

Dear,

Is it possible to load custom skin ?
I was trying to find a way to do it, but i'm stuck, don't know (if it's possible) to pass the skin...
It seems you pass the whole skin of the player to the setSkin function.

The idea was to load skins from minecraft-heads.com
