Hardware Requirements for EdgeTX> type C power delivery support

Many rc radios does not support charging from pd type c port. PD does not provide 5v at any time, it waits for pull-down resistors on CC1 and CC2 pins. Please add basic pd support to Hardware Requirements(just two 5.1k resistors) and pd fast charging as optional requirement (additional usb pd ic needed).
