Question from one of our Customers: I see that you will provide OVA files for deployment. If Defguard needs to be updated, will that be inside the deployed OVA or do we need to download a new ova file for each release? |

The initial 2.0 release utilizes Docker Compose for component deployment within OVA files. Users can manage and update the stack via two primary methods:

The initial 2.0 release utilizes Docker Compose for component deployment within OVA files. Users can manage and update the stack via two primary methods:
Integrated Orchestrator: A dedicated UI for streamlined stack management and updates (documentation will be included).
Manual Updates: Standard SSH access via Cloud-Init credentials to perform docker compose commands.
Future releases will replace these methods with a fully integrated, native Defguard management UI.
