Notebook cell width

This is cell width I see in VS code it takes ~1/3 of screen space, I'd prefer if by default it would just extend through all available width

This request makes sense to me. Both Polyglot and Jupyter make use of the full width for cells. This update is now in this repository and will be included with the next VS Code extension release.
