Describe the goal of the feature
I'm looking to see what do you think about adding tracing support to the google SDK for google cloud, in a similar way like you're doing for the aws sdk.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We're already tracing the underlying HTTP calls via the ddtrace integrations for the respective clients, but it'd be great to also scope operation types to specific google cloud service calls.
