Describe the bug

I think it should only appear for users who have upgraded from the old version to this new one. And for those who are restoring a list of commands from a backup created in an older version. It shouldn’t appear when just installing this version of the app.
(I reinstalled the app to see if that would resolve the issue with logging into my Google account, but nothing changed. I hadn’t made any backups.)
