Rename world tool broken after updating to 53.10-r2 #5731

Hello!
When creating a new world and using the rename world option, the tool does not function and the game soft locks. I can hover the DFHack buttons and they will be highlighted, but I can't interact with anything, nor can I exit the tool in any way, or click on either of the buttons to play or keep the world. The normal list of name components is replaced by "NONE". Clicking or using the hotkeys to generate a new name or change language does not work.
This happens every time I try to use the tool, regardless of world settings, whether I use it during history creation or after the world is ready, whether I use basic or detailed mode, and whether I click it or use the hotkey. The only way I can exit Dwarf Fortress after I open the tool is by killing the process.
I've verified my installs of DFHack and Dwarf Fortress and they're all good. I don't have any logs or other info, and since it affects creating new worlds I don't have a save to provide. If I can provide anything else to help I will be happy to, but hopefully this should be pretty easy to reproduce.
