Update on this project?

Is there any update on this project? It seems like there should be more added or updated, maybe providing the format would be helpful. I am finding it difficult to run this software in BEAST2 in order to convert XML files created in BEAST1 over to the newer version of BEAST2 for analysis.

There has not been any activity on this lately. The BEAST 2 file format is extended with every new package that is being added, so it is not fixed. The philosophy behind the XML is described in the BEAST book.

Perhaps the easiest way to convert between the formats is to do it manually by setting up analyses in BEAUti if you do not have too many of them.
